Raspbian+RaspBMC+RetroPi Possible?

I want to install RaspBMC & RetroPi on my new 512mb Modal B Pi.
What do I need in order to get XBMC & RetoPi working on the same Pi?
Would installing Raspbian as the OS be the best OS option?

I'll give you two answers - you choose which one answers your question...

1) Load each of those distributions on separate SD cards. Power off one, swap the card and power up into a different OS

2) Load a card with Berryboot, then you can put several distributions on one card. You still have to reboot to swap distributions though. I am not sure if all distributions are available for Berryboot

That's no problem at all. I have one SD for the raspbmc and other for the raspbian and the RPi is still solid as a rock.
It don't break anything because all the changes you can make in a OS only takes effect on that card. The RPi stills the same.
