Some botspot-specific questions

Hello everybody! I haven't been on the forums for long. Special thanks to Dougie Lawson, botspot, and Douglas6. You guys helped me a lot. Now I have some questions. In this forum page, viewtopic.php?t=239333 Botspot has trouble with multiple sd cards, and vnc. At the end, when he shows a pic of his screen, I see that not only is he running a vnc viewer, he also has a nice 'Linux rpi' stats pop-out.
Here are my questions.

1. What is the vnc viewer that was displayed in that photo?
2.How do you get that backround with the stats page?
3. It appears to me that botspot is running windows on pi? HOW? also, what model pi?

Wel,, of course, i hope botspot replies to this, as most of the questions are about this computer. Sorry if I am wasting peoples time, just wanted to find out some stuff.
