Hi all,

I want to know if it's possible to enable networking using USB-A 3.0 port ?

I already enables the USB-C port and connect Pi to my iPad, but I have to buy a hub to charge my iPad which is very expensive. If it's possible to enable networking using USB-A port, I'll leave USB-C port for power delivery only.

The 4 regular USB ports on a Pi4B, 2 USB 2.0 and 2 USB 3.0, are host ports ONLY. You could connect over them if the other device can function as a client, if--for instance--it has a USB OTG port.

There are a couple other ways to connect a Pi4B and a tablet. I believe both devices have WiFi capability. The Pi4B can be configured to be an access point and the tablet could then connect to the Pi that way. Both devices could connect to the same router LAN and connect through the router.

Perhaps if you stated what you want the connection to do, more advice could be given.
