Companies get very picky about trademark use. This is primarily because if a trademark name is used to mean something generic, the company can lose the trademark and it becomes "common usage". That has happened a number of times. "Aspirin" and "linoleum" started out as trademarks, for instance. This is rather less likely to happen to "Apple", but one might well expect a zealous response if the company becomes aware of its use here.
Also, the RPF has to guard its trademarks, so it is hardly doing the RPF any favors to misuse the trademarks of other companies on a web site owned by the RPF.
You may or may not like these practices, but they are what they are and the laws governing such things apply until they are changed.
