Raspberry e Monitoring usb DVB-T

Good evening to all, I would like to realize a project with the raspberry for the monitoring of the DVB-T signals.
My idea is to use the raspberry and a USB device DVB-t to then interrogate them remotely with the SNMP protocol to know in real time the state of the quality signal, errors and perhaps services available on a given dvb-t channel.
I searched the net and found a similar thing for tracking planes some advice on how to get started?
