simply out of curiosity... was the communication/command sequence between RPi & SD/eMMC captured by electrical probing
or can i capture those sequences by using a linux command?

I used a SparkFun microSD Sniffer and a logic analyzer to observe the communication between Raspberry Pi and the emulated SD card.
