python doesnt wanna download pip

Hello, I have a problem with command :
sudo apt install python-pip
when i activate it in python 3.5.3 on NOOBS v2_4_3 it says

sudo apt install python-pip
SyntaxError: invalid syntax

How can i fix this Problem?

Firstly, NOOBS isn't your operating system, it's an operating system installer. Typically you will have used it to install Raspbian which is the operating system.

As to the error, you said "when I activate it in python", I take it you mean you tried entering the command at python's interactive prompt? If so that is wrong, you enter it at the shell's command line in a terminal. You will want to do a

sudo apt update
before doing an install to update the package database (I usually only do an update before the first install of a day or if apt complains about not finding the correct package versions).

Also, python-pip only installs the package for python2's pip, you want python3-pip for python3's. pip == pip2 and installs python2 packages, pip3 installs python3 packages).
