can I create my own PI card?

Hello ,
Wanted to know
I have an application that run on PI - but the cpu is around 75% all the time
because it's a big apllication and we have try to reduce - nothing.

and all the code is java +python according to the pi pins (reading I\Os, using pi packages etc..)
so is there a way to build my own card ,sp it will be like PI3 but much stronger? better CPU and RAM?

Highly unlikely unless you can afford to pay for several thousand units. If your application is not Pi specific there are plenty of other boards you could use.

Pi4? More speed, more ram.

I agrre with this

but we found that there are some application work better and easier to write\debug\work sometime in Java and sometime in Python.

and the application use many of the PI pins , we prefere to stay with this .

That is, trivially obviously, your choice. The reason for the suggestion to use a compiled language is that you were asking how to reduce CPU load. Clearly, reduced CPU load is not a priority for your project. Or--at least--not a higher priority than using the languages you've chosen.

If Python is important to your application why not make use of Cython?
