Restart issue

Hi I have a rasberry Pi 3 model b + only he is acting very weird, if I put rasbian on it then it will work but after a few minutes he will restart and that happens all the time. Do you know why? Thanks for helping out.

Hardware: Power supply? anything else connected to the Pi?
Software: What version of Rasbian?
