Yes. I've been dealing with Newegg since before they shut down all their physical stores and went completely on line.

Just be aware that newegg also sell refurbished devices, not just new things.

I wouldn’t get my wedding supplies from them, but I buy most of my computer supplies from them. I even got my Raspberry Pi from them.

Newegg is safe.
Been a customer with them for nearly 15 years.
They're like amazon, only nowadays they're a bit behind.

However, why not go for a display that directly feeds off the GPIO pins, like this one?:

GPIO driven screens are slow (around 15Hz IIRC)
Also, it sounds like an element of recycling is involved in this decision.

If you don't have one of those 3 listed screens then don't bother.
