If I use a 64GB, and format it to fat32, are there any other differences besides the size in 32GB vs 64GB on the Pi 4B?
Larger cards often have faster performance, and a card with more capacity than you need will have more room for wear leveling, which would make it last longer. Also, flash memory devices suffer from reduced performance as they fill up, so using 30GB on a 32GB card will result in even slower performance.
On the other hand, for the price of a 128GB or 256GB A1 micro SD card you could probably get an SSD, which should be even faster.

I recently bought 64GB Sandisk cards for 6,99EUR/pcs ... Cheaper as some 32GB cards
Cheap , but not the best performer (A1 performance rated cards are usually much faster when used as an OS drive, due to higher IOPS).
My mind is like a browser. 27 tabs are open, 9 aren't responding,
lots of pop-ups...and where is that annoying music coming from?
