Raspberry Pi Touchscreen Wifi Interface For Touchscreen

I just got a Raspberry Pi 3+ and I've connected it a touchscreen. The issue is I need a keyboard to do things like select wifi and enter the password. Is there a GUI interface for the touchscreen that would show a virtual keyboard for text inputs so a keyboard is not needed?
