RAM: LPDDR-Technology on PI3 and Zero (W)?

Tue Jul 09, 2019 2:51 pm

The new PI 4 is advertised with LPDDR4 LPDDR4-2400 SDRAM https://www.raspberrypi.org/products/ra ... fications/
B+ with 1GB LPDDR2 SDRAM https://www.raspberrypi.org/products/ra ... el-b-plus/

How about the Zero, Zero W and the "normal" 3B?

On the productpages you'll find only RAM size but no technology.

IIRC, all LPDDR2 for models prior to the Pi4.

Well... Yes... One would think so since the all use the same VC4 memory controller.
