Reliability Data

Hi! I need a reliability data about Ras Pi 3 + for my dissertation thesis. It is someone who can help me?
Information about how many solder point exist, how many surface mounted component exist, how many through hole exist on board
wich kind of solder is it?
average internal ambient temperature, near the components, where the temperature gradient is cancelled
and so on...

A bit of a duplicate post.

I don't think a forum is a valid source of information for a masters thesis and there's no authoritative information to answer your questions.

You'd need to grab a flir camera, mechanical drawings, a pi and start counting.

The answers haven't changed.

For a master thesis I would expect you to do a lot of work on this yourself, including thermals etc.....
