Pi Sighting - newyorker.com video

Thu May 30, 2019 10:38 pm

Did not see a specific subforum for Raspberry Pi sightings/in the news, but wanted to share this video on noise pollution. A Raspberry Pi (looks like 3B), being used to monitor sound for an NYU program called SONYC (Sounds of New York City), appears at the 7 minute mark in the video.

[I know Raspberry Pi are used around the world for stuff like this (often getting mention in Raspberry Pi Weekly or the MagPi), but this was, for me, a rare time to spot one in a mainstream news piece, and not even mentioned - just caught by the camera panning their capture device!]
