Need to return Pi's

Sat May 25, 2019 7:24 am

Hi Guys
This is Ayesha From Pakistan, I'm an Engineer and I always use Raspberry pi 3 model b here in Pakistan for my projects. It has been 1 hour that I'm searching and reading here my concern topic but I was not able to find it. I had a confirmation of Raspberry Pi 3 model B warranty. 8 months back I have purchase 12 Raspberry Pi 3 from https://www.w11stop.com/raspberry-pi and it all had 1 Year manufacture warranty. Now I called them back and asked for 6 of them replaced but they said me to contact the company of Raspberry in London. This is no Sense. I called them again this morning so they suggest me to reach raspberrypi.org. That is why I'm writing here.
Can any one suggest me what step should I take?

Thank you so much in advance. I really need your replies.

Your warantee is with the original seller, not Raspberry Pi, we don't handle returns. You need to talk to the people you bought the Pi's from.

What is odd is that you have so many that have failed. That is extremely unusual unless you have been mishadling or wiring things incorrectly to the GPIO's
