I have an FT5406 touch screen (Raspberry pi display v1.1), Raspberry Pi Model 2B v1.2 (2014), 5.1V 2.5A adaptor, Class 10 32GB Sd card.
My touch screen was working at first then I have changed core freq value in the config.txt file ( As far as I remember core freq was 250 or 200 ). I did this value 500 and I put the sd card on raspberry pi. There were only gray and colored vertical lines on the screen. I can use Raspberry Pi with monitör or VNC view.
