dropbox on rpi3

I need a way to download dropbox on rpi3 without exegear and would like a gui if I must use a uploader
I do strange things and am sometimes the techhead stereotype.

There’s a very nice shell script available that allows for all sort of Dropbox functions.

It also has an interactive mode but I mainly use it for automating the uploading of some podcasts.

Sorry I don’t have the Github link for it but a few google searches should help you locate it.

I tried it out (the tutorial on his website) but it had so many issues with code that I just gave up. I think using the video tutorial would probably work.

The website (dropbox.com) works pretty well on my side? You can use that. :roll:

Are you locked in to using dropbox? Why not run your own dropbox type server with nextcloudpi, that way all your data is on your own server not someone else's.
