433 MHz Power Plug not answering

Wed May 01, 2019 5:22 am

Hello
I have a 433-power plug and these cheap sender and reciever modules (https://tutorials-raspberrypi.com/let-r ... s-signals/) connected to two different pies. I have not attached an antenna.

When I press my power plugs remote I get data to my reciever and my plug reacts. Something like:
3492965779, pulselength = 705, protocol = 2
3492965779, pulselength = 708, protocol = 2
3492965779, pulselength = 712, protocol = 2
3492965779, pulselength = 715, protocol = 2

When I send this data from my own send module, my receiver shows the same data as from the remote, but my plug does not react. I have all the components within 5 cm (I also tried further apart).

Could there be more data being transmitted from my remote than the data my reciever are picking up?
Does anyone have any brilliant ideas?

Thanks!

Have you seen https://tutorials-raspberrypi.com/contr ... -tutorial/

This seems closer to your needs.
I did read that one and 20 others on this subject. I feel really frustrated this isnt working.
I cant say I have made any real progress on this matter despite trying pretty hard.

What my receiver see when the remote is pressed is protocol, pulse lengh and a message code. All these I can reproduce, but maybe there are some other key information that I am missing?

Can you think of any reasons that my receiver shows the same thing when my send-module sends the info as when the paired remote does - but the power plug only reacts to the latter?
