Please...not "sterilizing" but "disinfecting". Sterilizing means NO viable bugs. Disinfecting means "few", but not the same as "Sterile".
I stand corrected.

Eeewe... I must remember never to allow them to perform an endoscopy on me.

...I'm not an expert, but 120°, 100% humidity and several times normal air pressure sound toxic for most electronics as well. Ethylene oxide might work (whatever you might want to do with the raspi afterwards. Command and control at your tissue culture lab? No idea, to be true ;) )
