I'm not prepared to categorize phones, game consoles and routers as computers. Despite the fact they contain computers and with a bit of effort can be used as such, I have done so with all three. That is not the primary purpose for which they are made and marketed.

The C64 may be a contender depending on if one counts all Pi ever sold as just slight variants of the same thing or if one considers all the Pi models as different machines.

Here's a quote from that C64 Wikipedia. Perhaps I should have used the phrase computing platform, but everyone else knew what I meant.

Looking at the Atari 2600 (I had one of those!) I expect we will overtake its 30M in the next 18/24 months.
