Is anyone using NoMachine to remote into Pi ?
I've always used PuTTY and VNC ( which I don't particularly like )
Someone recommended "tightVNC" as an improvement , but I haven't tried that yet .
I recently came across "NoMachine" remote desktop , and there are now Pi specific versions available
https://www.nomachine.com/tips-on-how-t ... -nomachine
It's certainly snappy , but so far I have only used it locally ( ie. on my own network ) .
It appears to have a web version so I guess that remote access from anywhere maybe possible .
As with all of these things , I wonder how well security issues have been covered .
Has anyone tried this ?
Any guidance would be much appreciated !
