Although the Pi0W would work, I'd be inclined to go with the Pi3B+. It has the hub built in, plus ethernet, has more memory and is faster with its quad cores and higher clock frequency. And still only $35. Once you take in to account the extras you need with the Pi0W the differnece in price is much less than you might think.
