Simplest possible web control of a RPi3

Sun Dec 23, 2018 1:33 pm

Hello friends
I have been trying out different rpi-projects at home the past 6 months. I have now hooked up a lamp through a relay attached to a breadboard.
I can turn the lamp on or off when I am running my python program.

I would like to know how to turn it on or off through a web page, not by remote control of my pi. I want to have a simple web interface with two buttons on/off.

I have looked at a lot of youtube videos about this, but they all count on me having more knowledge than I have atm. I have written some php and html before. Could someone tell me what I have to do?

Thanks!
