Cant upload pics from my Mac to the forum

Im trying to upload some pics to this forum from my i Mac but it says wrong format. Does anyone know how to get my pics from the mac to a forum post.

Why do you keep starting duplicate threads Chad? [mod has deleted the other thread but yeah please don't create dupe threads] The forum only accepts small file uploads. Your best bet is to upload them somewhere else like...

imageshack
flickr
your own site

...and link to them in the thread you want to post them in.

I dont know why it appeared 2 times. You seem mad about it are you gonna be ok. Im using an ipad it sometimes messes up. Thanks for the advice.
