After waiting 4 months the South African post office has told me that my RPi has been returned to the sender.
I have tried thus far to contact Element14 to get them to resend the device to me at my own cost and I have been unsuccessful in getting a response from them.
Does anyone know or have any advice what to do?
Regards

Make another order? Were you charged for the original? Claim the money back if done via credit card.

I've been saying "Mucho" to my Spanish friend a lot more lately. It means a lot to him.

How do I claim the money back? I did pay via CC.
This is quite ridiculous. The lack of communication is rather frustrating and as I did pay for the device, I feel cheated!

well to get you money back guy you would probably have to go thru your credit card, but I doubt that they can help you for it was sent and then returned by your postal system. Did they tell you why they returned it? I waited almost 8 full months to get mine. check out this link this dude might be able to help you.

AFAIK, if you didn't receive the item, you can claim the money back from the CC card.

The staff at RS cannot help with this fellow's problem because he placed his order at Element14, a different company.rinky451 wrote:check out this link this dude might be able to help you.
