I like that. There's a pi sticker on my luggage to help spot it on the conveyor belt when flying. A bit of a niche use case, but a tag like the one you linked would be nice.
I need to be careful not to fly on the same plane as you; I'm using the same method to ID my bags! (I used to have a frozen custard sticker too, but it fell off.)
I'm surprised the pi one has held up so well for so long. Clearly a testament to the quality of the merch swag store.

There's a marketing director position open, right?

Restock the men's M/L t-shirts.

Practical products I'd like to see branded:
  • Mouse pad
  • USB battery pack that can reliably deliver ~3A

How about an airline sick bag with a Raspberry logo? So that we're ready for the next time that wibbly wobbly sick making things are planted on the home page.

Seriously, the best swag I ever got (from BMC Software) is a keyring with bottle opener.
Image
you may even be able to make the bottle opener into a Raspberry shape.

I was also a fan of those Raspberry shaped four port USB hubs.

How about alternate case tops? For instance, ones that work well with HATs? Or an alternate case bottom that has holes to terminate stand-offs securely? (I dare say one could just drill out the posts that are there, but having a case *designed to use standoffs would be better.)

Had a good look on the swag page, but I couldn't see any anywhere! Am I blind?

What I would like in that department is a Raspberry sticker that sticks on the inside of my windscreen - I've had one on the outside since you gave 'em away in a Jam ... years ago. British weather hasn't got it off, so far, but every year when it goes for its annual checkup, the Volvo dealers like to give it its annual wash, and it's looking a bit sad, now.
I'd like to say it makes the car easier to spot in the car park, but ...

A Pi branded version of this uSD card holder. http://sdcardholder.com/micro-sd-card-holder-case.php

The customization service allows custom colors, logo and printing, maybe two versions, Pi red and Pi green.

Key ring Micro SD card holder with the GPIO pinout printed on it.
Pi Zero case you can put on a key ring. For a Pi Zero with no GPIO header on if need be. Nice and slim.

I disagree on this point, I own two and the quality is not what I expected, what I mean is that sd cards easely drop out of the holder.

The cards stay in nicely on all four of the ones I use. Although I did press too hard on one of the tiny locking tabs and it changed color showing over stressing, so that one tab no longer holds as tightly but it still holds a card well.

A Raspberry Pi Keyring for £6
Also known as a PiZero with a ring in a mounting hole.

Why pay the same for a bit of plastic.

Pi branded nappies
Pi branded temperature sensitive spoons
Pi branded baby wipe case.
Pi branded baby sleep suit*

* and large versions, Pi branded Onesie for mum and dad.

Mhh.. Cufflinks, wine flask, can cooler, bottle opener. Have we missed the ashtray or the cigarette holder? :)

I did integrate a Pi 3 in a berlin-boombox (works, but just). The built-in amp is chintzy, but the rest of the kit is quite nice and the brandability aspect is undeniable. That could be an awesome digital audio player for a Pi0(w). A replacement cardboard case (empty shell) is not too expensive.
Axel Pfaender also has a smaller boombox design, about the size of a shoebox I think.
I couldn't convince him but perhaps you can.

How about an actual raspberry pie, freshly baked and delivered. You could even bake the logo into the crust.

Key ring Micro SD card holder with the GPIO pinout printed on it.
I like this idea, something handy (and actually useful as well!) with the GPIO pinout printed on it would be highly appreciated.
Maybe one that can hold multiple cards.

Raspberry shaped, logo printed on front, GPIO printed on rear, in color if possible.
Hmm, I might make one myself.

I was thinking multiple cards, long and narrow to hold 4 or 6 maybe.

A gift card... If your store can handle that.

A postcard, addressed to RPF HQs that you can use when you think you've done an awesome project.
(will also serve as comment card for the more mature public...)

A big, blank QR matrix (with the Raspberry logo in the middle of it) that you can pencil down and direct people to your project/club/... page.
(would work best with an RPF-site or Pi-powered QR generator, to copy from)

Ok, I'm done.

A micro SD card wallet, perhaps a keyring one that can hold 6 uSD's.
A bigger one that has room for labels too so I can figure out which one has which OS.

I have been using two of these for years, one for SDs in their holders, one for USB sticks

Can we have this suggestion in BOLD, ITALICS, UNDERLINED, CAPITALS and angels holding trumpets at either end?

There's a guy somewhere on the forum asking if he should get his son a Pi for going to uni. He's going to need a key-ring, isn't he?

When I was a kid I worked one summer at New Brighton Boating Marina - we sold all the usual stuff - teddies, scarves, etc.
But not quite a useable boat-key ring.
Another time we toured America. You could get (and we did) a Hollywood scarf, Grand Canyon Teddie, Giant Redwood drinks cooler. Even a Crater Lake key ring with the hole through the island.
But not a full-size working Crater.

I really like the idea of a keyring bottle opener in the shape of a raspberry.

Also a branded SD/microSD card holder with space for labels to write the OS name on would be amazing.
+1 to that.
For microSD cards only.

Giving your son a bottle opener for the university may send the wrong message. I think an official Pi heatsink shaped into the Raspberry logo (along with a 3B+ to install it on) would be more appropriate.
