Video recording and motion detection Motioneye/Raspbian/Pi3

Hi Everyone,

Hopefully I have put this in the correct forum.

What I want to be able to do is to record video over a set time frame that is already covered by the motion detection rules.
Currently I have stills being saved between 0700hrs-1900hrs daily. I would like to record video from 1300hrs-1330hrs only for one day. I obviously do not expect any motion detected stills to be taken between 1300-1330hrs. I do not want to have to use a second webcam, but this does seem like the easiest/obvious solution.

My set up is; Raspberrypi3 with Raspbian Jessie and Motioneye/pihole/openvpn. USB webcam, Logitech C920.

Any advice/suggestions on how to do this would be appreciated.
