Hi
I have a Waveshare 3.5 inch touchscreen clone that was working on my B, after a massive effort!
I have just moved the SD to my Zero W and updated it to the latest Jessie/Pixel etc.
I have a working display, but the touch screen is all over the place. X & Y are crossed, and thats before I have tried calibration. I have looked all over the net, forums, and blog posts, but no-one has come up with an answer that works.
How do I set up the touch screen and change the settings?

at that website the code has a small part that says
Option "SwapAxes" "1"
maybe change that to a 0 ?
no idea really, worth a shot!
