fs root at 100%. I can't see why?

I have a rasp 2 with jessie.

But If I search I can't see why is full

df -h
have you got stuff stuff mounted under media ?
is this filled before you mount the device

I dont mount any media
Media is mounted under /

Sorry I not explain that I have mounted a hard drive external with 2TB under home.

Then your search function will not find the files that are under "/home" on the SD card. unmount the USB-disk and run again.

though on a normal raspbian I expect to see more from a
df -h

I can see the error.
I had /home/pi/REPO mounted under hard drive. When I dismount these. I see that in these structure exits a folder with 10GB occupied.

So I didn't know that under a montage point I could have files in hard drive and files in sd

yes - if you copy things before it is mounted then after the mount you loose the space and the files on the sd are hidden
