I am really amazed by the RPi3 - again.
My laptop is still getting some service so I have been running Blender on the RPi3 to create a 3D model for PiZero + Miscap.
Just for fun I tried to see if I could pair the built-in BT to my speakers while I am surfing through the built-in WiFi. No problem.
The for curiosity I decided to activate
dtoverlay=pi3-miniuart-bt
core_freq=250
It still pairs with my speakers and streams music from the network from one tab while I am writing this on another tab. The music does not even stutter.
The blueman panel says up = 41.35 KB/s down = 225.00 B/s
The CPU runs at 11% with audio only and 29% while listening to youtube music with an embedded video. The command vcgencmd measure_temp returns "temp=54.8'C". No fan, just the Flirc case.
So just in case anyone wonders if the miniuart ttyS0 is usable. It is pretty cool!!!
