Power and HDD leds for PI2

Hi Guys,

Was just curious if anyone knows how to connect Leds to the PI2 which represent the power and hdd just like they do on the board?

You mean like the PWR and ACT leds but connected to the gpio? It think the power led is just connected to the 3.3v supply

The PWR LED (with resistor) was just connected to a supply on the first RPis. At some point (I cannot remember if it was B+ or RPi2) the low voltage warning was introduced and the LED became controlled by a GPIO.

Brilliant. I think thats on the lines.

So essentially I would need 2 LEDs with reisitors and add the following lines to my boot.config
dtparam=act_led_gpio=nn
dtparam=pwr_led_gpio=nn

(nn representing BCM number)
