I own a raspberry pi3 and currently use it with a 32gb sandisk SD card with 80mb read and 10 write.

What is the max bandwidth of the SD card slot on the pi 3 and would it be a worthwhile upgrade to get an SD card with 90mb read and 40 write?

Also, what is the total bandwidth of the USB 2 bus if I were to boot from a USB ( I own a USB with 245 read and 100 write speeds)?
