Garage Pi Touchscreen

Thu May 05, 2016 1:58 pm

I am thinking of installing a Pi in my garage for youtube videos, music, schematics, etc. The most logical control interface would be a touch screen but I hate to spend the cash to buy a 15inch touch screen monitor when I have extra 15 inch monitors lying around.

What are some inexpensive ways to make a normal monitor into a touch screen that are Pi compatible?

on ebay you can get touch screen kits for making old screen touch sensitive, they are simple to install kits that connect to the computer used with usb
