Looking for a 10 or 12" Monitor

Thu Apr 14, 2016 6:12 pm

Hi Guys, Just bought myself the Raspberry Pi 3 which I plan to use downstairs so I don't want a giant monitor.

I'm looking for an 10" or 12" Model (anything below that I would be too small)

I've seen a few knocking about but they are quite costly compared to an old 15" standard 4:3 models.

It needs to have HDMI, VGA & BNC inputs and sound as I plan to run retropie on it and use it for other things.

Any suggestions would be great.

Cheers

Look for DVI-D rather than HDMI. There's lots of VGA monitors that also have a DVI-D interface. DVI-D is just HDMI with no audio and a funky connector. HDMI to DVI-D cables cost less than a fiver.

Could you suggest any 10" or 12" models? All i'm coming up with is 15" which is too large.

Thanks

Hi Scraggyrat

It would appear you need to look for cctv monitors, I'm not sure where you are in the world but here's a couple from amazon uk.

If I were in the market for a screen I'd probably start looking at: http://www.neosecsolutions.com/
