Python 3.5 support

Mon Mar 21, 2016 9:50 pm

Was wondering when python 3.5 will be compatible. Found a way to apparently install it anyway but that threw some errors (will post those tomorrow)

Is raspbian support comming or can I also install a different OS that comes with python 3.5 installed?

Took me several tries. I had to write a doc so I don't forget how to do it next time. So much easier on windows. Mac on the other hand threw error message and will only install 3.4. I had to build again on my Debian laptop.

That's unlikely to happen on Jessie, wait for Stretch (because of the way DebIan does upgrades). Unless you can pursuade the RPF folks to build it as a special for Raspbian.
