Premade PI PS module

I'd like to eliminate the wall adapter for my PI2 project and use a prebuilt power supply module. I see a few hong kong varieties on Ebay -- anyone have any they can recommend?

Like this perhaps?

I may just use the one in the wall case -- it looks very robust, well made but I'd like some mounting holes on the PCB.

The isolation between the mains and low voltage sides on that one look woefully inadequate to me. I certainly wouldn't trust it.

The route I took with the Pi2B Mini-PC/Media Centre in my sig was to run everything from a high quality in-line 12V 6A laptop supply. Anything inside that needs less, ie, 5V is internally dropped with switch-mode DC-DC converter boards.

Obviously, this doesn't do away with the need for an external power supply, but it does make for a wider choice of decent power supplies, and both 12V and 5V are readily available inside the case for running a wider range of projects and add-ons.

I dissected the wall supply and the board is really well made so I'll use it. Any issues (other than analog audio probably) of noise from the supply being so close to the PI ?
