PI leds and detailed PI specs

I see a little green led on my pi zero, flashes at some times.
What leds are on board and can you access them ?
Is there anywhere a pi zero spec for techies for example
What are the leds
What are the underside PADs
What current can you pull from the GPIO, I was thinking of driving a toaster (joke).
