I'm wanting to put together a complete Pi Dev station using only Pi stuff. has anyone else done this?
I'm thinking of getting the complete starter kit and a Zero and an HDMI monitor with built in speakers as the development workstation. What else will I need to "go forth and multiply"?
Re: Can Pi2-B act as complete dev station for Zero
Hi Sean,
The Pi2B is perfectly useable as a development-station.
At a push, I have even used the official touchscreen alone, with 'Florence' virtual keyboard.
Ergonomically, I find it more comfortable with a conventional laptop for easy web access , with the Pi/screen/keyboard/mouse alongside.

What are you developing, and using what language and hardware? It is possible to do all the development on the Zero itself. All you need extra is some way to back up your SD card.
