Concerning that white part on Wheezy, you have to type

You can also add a few tweaks by typing

For the Openbox themes, this one is called Arcbox and can be found here: http://box-look.org/content/show.php/Ar ... ent=174600

Sometime the desired changes are not applied before a reboot. My guess is that pipanel.desktop is conflicting with his settings.
