After a few days, the sd card holder latch , of my PI 2 B, broke, and wanted to send it back for replacement or repairs.

It was a drama trying to find the correct procedure to send it back.
My emails were all, unanswered from both Swag and Pimoroni!

Finally, I phoned Swag, but the phone was either always busy, or out of order, or the number published is incorrect.

Finally, after a whole day struggling, I phoned up Pimoroni and they told me what to do.

I understand the staff will be extremely busy at this time of year, but surely they can at least make an auto reply to emails, so we can have some indications.
