How to install Pi apps from the Pi Store without internet?

Hi there, I'm currently getting everything set up for my raspberry Pi zero. My setup will not consist of any internet connections though, so I was wondering if it's possible to somehow install any of the Pi apps from the store onto the sd card while in my desktop computer? Or is there another way around getting apps without wifi? I don't have any USB slots free either (as I only have one populated by the mouse and keyboard.

Debian uses packages via apt-get http://linux.die.net/man/8/apt-get

Apps are used by Android

The OP said he's got a PiZero therefore he's running Jessie therefore he's got the new installer.

Raspbian Wheezy if updated runs on RPi0 !
