WIFI DONGLE NOT WORKING WITH RASPBERRY PI

Sun Aug 30, 2015 12:57 pm

I have purchases Leoxsys LEO-HG150N WiFi Adapter dongle and I want to connect it to my Raspberry Pi2 computer running on Raspbian OS and I have seen that it is detected by the computer and it can also search and find my WIFi router but it can't connect to it.

I entered the password for my network correctly but still it can't connect to my router.

I want to know whether any special configuration is required for the dongle or it's not compatible with Raspberry Pi?

How did you configure it? What is in your /etc/network/interfaces file? Are you using some network manager? Not enough information to answer the question.
