Missing SD card with OS installed

Hello,

I received my packet this morning but unfortunately my order was missing the SD card with the OS loaded which is marked paid for with the invoice I received.
I have already called RS components and they asked me to get back with the Rasberrypi foundation.
Everything else ordered was present in the packet. Please advise.

The top of the package was only sealed with a piece of sellotape.
I also sent an email to info@raspberrypi.org but heard nothing back.

Please advise.

I'm afraid that whoever you spoke to at RS was wrong. (I know they've been doing some extra training of their sales teams recently, but it sounds like perhaps this person wasn't present for the training day!)

If you bought something from RS, it's RS who should correct the problem. I'm sorry I can't be of more help, but you'll need to call them again - and if they try to pass the problem on to the Foundation again, explain that you've spoken to us!
