Could you unpack that a bit, please? What you use for keyboard and mouse really has nothing to do with what you use for a display. Are you asking if the wireless keyboard and mouse you use with your Pi will work with your TV? If so, does your TV normally use a keyboard and mouse? Or are you asking that, if you connect your Pi to your TV, can you still use your wireless keyboard and mouseth the Pi? The answer to that is: Yes.

Sure. As a fun fact in passing by, I just purchased a new Logitech wireless keyboard with built-in track pad (K400r) which comes not only with the usb wireless receiver but also comes with a range extender; designed especially for use from a sofa|couch|lazyboy chair|you get the idea/

I hang the RPi from the back of the Samsung TV Monitor, and control the unit from my lazyboy chair using the K400r.
