XBMC time using

First of all, sorry for my English.
In this night i bought Raspberry Pi on and I wonder how much this cheap thing :D can without any overheat stand on xbmc watching 720p movies or at last in idle mode (main menu). Because this mini computer don't have off button. So in my house will be turn on all the time Does your Raspberry is still turned on or what is your best score without freeze?

The Pi's chip turns off the bits of itself that aren't used, so power consumption and dissipation are very low (2W).
You can put a power switch on the Pi's power cord if your really want to. Remember to shutdown properly before switching it off.

The Pi which is connected to my TV running Raspbmc/XBMC is up and running 24/7 without problems, no overheating. Uptime of 7 days now without complaint.
