does raspberry pi supports both video outs? so can i use a monitor with the AV RCA output and other monitor(extended or mirrored) with the hdmi cable?

If it only uses CVBS or HDMI that begs the question how does one select which to use, and what will it use by default out of box ? The last thing an R-Pi buyer will want is to plug it in and get nothing on their screen

My guess is it\'s auto-sensing.

There is nothing to be sorry about. It is a good question and one we could expect. It has been asked once before about two months back. We just don\'t have a Less-Often-Asked-Questions list yet
