DesignSpark???

I'm having trouble accessing their site.
I entered a user name etc and have received the activation email, but using the link I'm no further forward.
I've emailed the "contact us link" at the bottom 3 times but no response.

Anyone else had issues. I tried register under a different user name but it says my email address is already used. I could of course use a different user name and email address but why am I bending to faulty technology instead of it working for us.
