Seen this error several times over the last 15 mins

I don't think that error is generated by Raspberry Pi, it looks like it comes from your ISP.

That’s actually the old caching error from Cloudflare that the board suffered from before the extra hardware was introduced and has nothing to do with the OPs ISP.

Hopefully it’s just a minor fault and not a warning of what’s to come.

Exactly which is why I posted it , hoping someone in the know would look in to it. :(

You're wrong. It comes from Mythic Beasts who are Raspberry Pi Foundation's ISP.

I've seen it on my BT/Plusnet system.

It appears when something is overloaded.
