Pi Modules

Thu Jul 22, 2021 2:51 pm

Hi

Does anyone know if Pi Modules (https://pimodules.com/) is still trading?

I ordered a module from them months ago and can't get any response despite their web page still appearing to be active. Thanks

No one here is likely to know their status. You may want to do some research to see if you can find a telephone number for them.

Why not ask them, they appear to have a contact page @ https://pimodules.com/contact-us

Of course you could just be a spammer & sock puppet for them.

Hi,
I'm Ioannis from PiModules. I just seen your post.
Yes, of course we are still and definitely trading. As we are designing and manufacturing ourselves our devices.
I have not received any email from you so difficult to answer to you. Can you please send me (possible again) email to support@pimodules.com so I check your order and answer.

Regarding UPS PIco HV4.0 we have informed our customer that we received PCBs from factory (delayed one) but received, and start testing them. There ware huge number of devices to test 3200 pcs, so it took time. In addition with Corona and separated working places took much more than we expected.
If you made a pre-order then you got an extra FAN or Super Capacitor of 100F. We practically finished the testing and start packing. I expect to start shipping in about 2 weeks, to retail customers as also to distributors. I'm sorry for this delaying, but due to number of PCB, Corona, and some small production mistakes we ware obligated to proceed with a very extensive testing in order to avoid any problems on the customers side. It took time, a long time.
Very, very soon we will start shipping the new UPS PIco HV4.0. I will update page today with more information.
We started also a new devices for Raspberry Pi Pico, called DiP-Pi PIoT. Abbreviation from Dual in-line Raspberry Pi Pico. It is much easier device than UPS PIco HV4.0, as also we are now all vaccinated so working together. Both devices are on stock.

More info about DiP-Pi can be found at: https://pimodules.com/dip-pi-pico

More info about DiP-Pi can be found at: https://pimodules.com/ups-pico-hv4-0b

UPS PIco HV4.0 Contains about 300 parts and PCB is 6 layers, so really complicated design.
DiP-Pi PIoT Contains only 40 parts and PCB is 2 layers, so much easier.

Apologize again for the delaying, please kindly send me email so I check your order.

My Warmest Regards
Ioannis
